Vermont Physical Therapy

Location: Burlington, VT

This mixed-use property had two floors of separate office spaces that we renovated into a physical therapy and treatment office. The public accessed areas include a waiting area, reception and general manager office, treatment rooms and a group clinic space. A new handicap accessible bathroom and updated entrance ramp provide easy access for clientele. A staff kitchen, staff offices and laundry provide the support spaces for the business side of things. Matching the existing woodwork of this historic building helps blend the new bench seat, reception windows and interior windows to make the building feel like it has always been this way. Some new and some refinished hardwood floors bring new life to a building that was previously carpeted.
