Originally a stacked duplex used as rental units, this house has been converted into a three bedroom, two bathroom home. With a new entrance to greet you, the new layout provides a visual connection from the front to the back of the home at the first floor. The new design takes advantage of the light, views and access to the backyard with a series of windows and doors at the rear of the home. Clean and simple detailing are balanced with the historic trim and chimney brickwork to give a feeling of modern comfort.
